Wang Xiaolin, PhD, Professor of Fudan University, used to be the Deputy Director of the Information Center of the State Council Leading Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development, Head of research division of the International Poverty Reduction Center in China, and the professor of Beijing Normal University and visiting scholar at Oxford University. He received his PhD from China Agricultural University in 2003, with a special interest in poverty evaluation, human development, public service and development support.
He used to serve in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences, China Academy of science and technology development strategy, and UNICEF. He is the consultant of WB, ADBI, UNDP and UNICEF. He led about 30 important projects entrusted by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Science and Technology, State Council Leading Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development, and State Administration of Grain of China.
