Mr. Zhao Zhihai is a researcher who devoted himself to the hybrid foxtail millet research for more than 40 years and have won many kinds of prizes. Currently Mr. Zhao is Chief Expert of Zhangjiakou Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and he also serves as Director of Hebei Province Research Center of Hybrid Foxtail Millet Engineering Technology. He is the pioneer of hybrid foxtail millet research and an academic leader of national research on the utilization of foxtail millet heterosis.
